We collect the minimum needed to bill you and do your marketing. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to anyone but you.

THE SHORT VERSION
We keep your name, email, business details and the access you give us. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number. Delete your account and we delete the data within 30 days, except receipts the tax office requires.

What we collect
Your name, email, business name, website, and the answers you give on the setup form. If you email your marketer, we keep the emails. If you give us access to your website, listing or ad accounts, we keep those credentials encrypted for as long as you are a customer, and delete them within 30 days after.

Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Your card number goes to them, not to us. We see the last four digits, the expiry and whether the payment succeeded. Your payment provider record and your task log are kept for as long as the law requires for billing disputes.

How we use it
To bill you, to do the marketing in your box, to send you reports and to answer your emails. That is all. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

Who we share it with
Our payment provider, our email provider and our hosting provider, each only for their job. Google and Meta, only when you have bought ads and only through your own accounts. A card issuer, only if a chargeback is filed. Never sold, never rented, never traded.

Your rights
Email us and we will send you everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, within 30 days. If you delete your account we keep only the receipts the tax office requires, for the period it requires.

Our systems are hosted in Canada and the United States. If you are elsewhere, your data crosses a border to get to us. We protect it the same way wherever it is.
