Refunds, the guarantee, and how to claim it.
We sell work by the month. Once a month of work is delivered, it is not refundable, the same as a haircut or a plumber’s visit. What we do promise is that you can see the work, and that if your first month falls short, you do not pay for the second.

THE SHORT VERSION
Cancel any month, no fee, no call. Delivered months are not refunded. If your first report does not show the box delivered, month two is free, claimed by email within 7 days. Content and websites are refundable until the first draft or the approved words. Chargebacks void the guarantee and close the account.

What you are paying for
Each box lists exactly what is included. Your account shows every task the moment it is done, with a date and the marketer’s name. That log, plus your monthly report, is the record of what was delivered. It is what we both rely on if there is ever a disagreement.

Monthly plans
Plans bill monthly in advance on the day you bought. Cancel from your account at any time; your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for and your last report still arrives. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, no exit call. Months already delivered are not refunded and unused days are not prorated.

The month-two guarantee
If your first monthly report does not show the items in your box delivered, your second month is free. To claim it, email your marketer within 7 business days of receiving the first report and name the items that were not delivered. We check the log. If you are right, month two is credited that day. The guarantee is a credit, not a cash refund, and it applies once per business, once per owner, on the first month only.

What the guarantee needs from you
We can only deliver the box if we can reach your site, your Google listing and, for ads, your ad accounts. The guarantee applies when access and the setup form were provided within 5 business days of purchase. If access arrives late, the first month starts the day it arrives. An item waiting on your approval for more than 5 business days counts as delivered.

One guarantee, one business
The guarantee is matched to the business, not the email address: one per Google Business Profile, one per website domain, one per owner. Re-signing under another name, card or company does not reset it. If we see a pattern of buying to claim, we decline the claim and say so plainly.

Content, per piece
A piece is refundable in full until the first draft is sent. After that, two rounds of changes are included and the piece is not refundable, because the work has been done and delivered. If the final piece is still not usable for the brief you gave, we replace it once at no charge.

Websites
The $499 fee is refundable in full until you approve the words. After approval we build, and the fee is not refundable. The site is transferred to your domain and your ownership once the payment has cleared and no dispute is open. Hosting at $29 a month cancels any month; on cancellation we export the site and hand it over within 5 business days.

Ad spend
Ad spend goes from your card to Google and Meta directly. We never hold it and cannot refund it. Pausing ads pauses the spend the same day.

Chargebacks
Email us first. Every request gets a reply from a person within one business day and most are settled the same day. If a chargeback is filed instead, the guarantee is void, the account closes the same day, and we respond to the card issuer with the signed terms, the task log, the delivered reports and the access records. Accounts closed this way cannot reopen.

Refunds return to the card you paid with within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Credits show on your next invoice. You get an email either way.
