This is the agreement between you and Budgetize when you buy anything on this site. You accept it by ticking the box at checkout. It is short because the products are simple.

THE SHORT VERSION
You buy a box, we deliver what is in the box, you can cancel any month. Delivered work is paid work. You own what we make for you once it is paid for. We will not lock you in or sell your data.

What you are buying
Each product page lists exactly what is included and what is not. That list is the contract. If it is not on the list, it is not in the box, and we will quote it honestly if you ask.

Payment
Plans bill monthly in advance to the card on file until you cancel. Single items bill once, at checkout. Prices exclude tax; tax is shown on your receipt. If a payment fails we email you and pause work; after 7 days without payment the plan is cancelled and any unpaid delivered work stays owed.

Cancelling and changing
Cancel, upgrade or downgrade from your account at any time, in two clicks. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at your next billing date. Upgrades start the same day and are billed at the difference.

Access we need
To do the work we need editor access to your website, your Google Business Profile and, for ads, your ad accounts. You keep ownership of all of them. We use that access only for the work in your box and remove ourselves when you leave.

What you own
Everything we make for you, including articles, pages, ad copy, images and reports, becomes yours when the month or item it belongs to is paid for. If you leave, we hand it over. Work covered by an unpaid invoice or an open dispute stays ours until it is settled.

What we promise and what we do not
We promise to deliver the items in your box, on the timeline on the product page, by a named marketer, and to log each one as it is done. We do not promise rankings, leads or revenue, because nobody honestly can, and any marketer who does is guessing. The month-two guarantee is in the refund policy.

Your side
Give us access within 5 business days, answer your marketer within 5 business days when asked, and keep your card current. If we cannot reach you or your accounts for 30 days the plan pauses and we email you.

Fair use
One plan covers one business at one location. We will not write or promote anything illegal, deceptive or hateful, and we can end a plan for that with a refund of the unused month. One guarantee per business and per owner.

Disputes
Email first; a person replies within one business day. If we cannot settle it in 10 business days, either of us may take it to small claims court where Budgetize is registered, which is printed on your receipt. Filing a chargeback before emailing us is covered in the refund policy.

Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we email you 30 days before they apply. If you do not like the change, cancel and the old terms cover your remaining time.
